Dan Williams

Dan Williams, Ph.D., is the Honors Professor of Humanities and the Director of the TCU Press.

Dr. Williams earned his Ph.D. in English, as well as M.A. degrees in both English and History, from the University of Denver. He is a scholar of early American print culture, and has published six books, including two recent novels, and over fifty articles and essays. He is the Director of the TCU Press and the Honors Professor of Humanities in the John V. Roach Honors College at TCU. In addition to his scholarship, Dr. Williams is an avid hiker and is certified as a wilderness first responder. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, writing, training rescue dogs, keeping his 1965 MGB running, and volunteer work.
