In addition to her B.B.A., Settle also graduated Summa Cum Laude in finance and accounting. Settle entered the Honors College as a freshman to make new connections and take advantage of the vast opportunities the Honors College offers.
While at TCU, Settle interned with J.P. Morgan’s Mergers and Acquisitions Investment Banking Division in New York. Beyond that, Settle also interned for Luther King Capital Management in Fort Worth and TPG Capital.
Settle credits her success in the business world to her experiences with the Honors College and with her professors and peers.
Settle’s accomplishments go far beyond her many internships. During her four years at TCU, Settle was also a member of the TCU Educational Investment Fund, Neeley Fellows Program, and Chancellor’s Leadership Program. Involved in so many resourceful programs, Settle formed connections with her professors and fellow students which resulted in more opportunities in the finance world.
In addition to Settle’s invested involvement in the school, she co-founded the TCU Investment Professionals, a program that works with students editing their resumes, preparing them for interviews, and offering guidance and advice. Settle truly gave back to TCU and the Honors College for providing her with the resources and skills to succeed after graduation.
She continues to stay connected with TCU and the Horned Frog Community.
